Charles Cheesemonger: Born in San Antonio, Texas. Lived in Frankfurt, Germany, Texas, Oregon, and now New York. I learned as a kid growing up in Texas and Germany and then in Oregon about different foods including olives, meats, breads from Holland to France to Italy to Spain.I have been a cheesemonger at Fairways and Murrays Cheese for 5 years. I have sold over 6oo cheeses and olives to over 1 million customers.I also had 2 small stints with Caterers Amerivents and Restaurant Associates. I returned fairway market for 5 years and establish I was one of the best Food people at Fairway Market. I then left because I saw I wouldnt advance and went to Union Market. It was anothe of the short but important stints. Now looking at Big picture where I am going?
